This Offer is being made and conducted by Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) on behalf of ‘Mars International India Pvt Ltd’ on following Terms and Conditions

1. Buy Whiskas (1.1kg, 5kg and 7kg) product and get a unique code on the pack, use the code to avail the cashback of Rs 30, Rs 60 and Rs 200 respectively.

Buy Whiskas Dry (1.2kg, 3kgs, 7kgs & 20kgs) product and get a unique code on the pack, use the code to avail the cashback of Rs 40, Rs 100, Rs 230 or Rs 600 respectively.

2. Once the reward mode is selected it cannot be altered.
3. The Campaign Cashback Offer is valid till 28^th February, 2023 for Campaign 1 & till 31^st May, 2023 for Campaign 2 in selected cities, till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier. Please refer to the Voucher on the pack for validity.
4. The Gold Coin offer is valid only from 7^th October, 2022 to 7^th December, 2022 for Campaign 1 & 1^st February, 2023 to 1^st April, 2023 for Campaign 2 in selected cities, till stocks lasts, whichever is earlier. Please refer to the Voucher on the pack for validity.
5. Campaign 1 - Offer is applicable and valid only twice per user, per household, per mobile number, per lifetime.

Campaign 2 - Offer is applicable and valid only thrice per user, per household, per mobile number, per lifetime.

6. Once the UPI ID / Bank account detail is entered while redemption, it cannot be changed. No emails / calls regarding change of UPI ID / Bank account detail will be taken into consideration.
7. Entry to the Offer is void in States where prohibited/not allowed.
8. Mars International India Pvt. Ltd. products purchased as part of the offer will not be taken back or exchanged.
9. Cashback code is personal to the participant and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
10. Any queries or concerns regarding the redemption of the Paytm cash must be addressed to Paytm directly.
11. The Offer is open to residents of India above 18 years of age (“Participant”), except employees, agents, dealers, distributors, clients, and immediate families of the employees of Mars International India Pvt Ltd, and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards).
12. The voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable, is non encashable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.
13. In case of any misuse or reverse engineering or fraud or disruption caused to the offer by any person and if the same is identified, Mars International India Pvt Ltd and Kikoy Promotions LLP shall have the right to deny the participation or eligibility in the Offer and may take such action as may be allowed under applicable law.
14. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall fall upon both the parties. Kikoy Promotions LLP shall not be liable for any loss or damage due to the Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances.
15. By participating in the Program, each participant agrees to hold harmless both the parties and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents.
16. Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards), its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
17. The Offer cannot be redeemed after the expiry of the Offer Period and the participant agrees to waive off right of redemption.
18. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider, he might not receive campaign messages and Mars International India Pvt Ltd and Kikoy Promotions LLP (TopRewards) are not liable for the same.

FOR GOLD COIN WINNERS

• TopRewards will get in touch directly if you are the lucky winner. A total of 60 winners will be selected from all the valid entries received to get a Gold Coin.
• Auditors will run the winner selector software where it will provide 3 shortlisted entries.
• TopRewards team will then call these shortlisted winners and collect documents (Proof of purchase) and 1 winner will be announced via SMS and Email.
• Winners will be announced on the website page and will be updated daily.
• All Saturday and Sunday winners will be announced on Monday.
• A Participant irrespective of their entries can win a maximum of one Prize only during the Contest Period.
